牛磺酸对失血性休克复苏兔视网膜组织NO含量及NOS活性影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的 探讨兔失血性休克复苏时视网膜组织及血浆中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性、一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化 及牛磺酸对其的影响。方法 新西兰兔24只随机分为3组(n=8):对照组、休克复苏组、牛磺酸治疗组。采用失血性休 克复苏动物模型分别于休克复苏后3h活杀动物,采集血样及视网膜组织测定NOS及NO的活性和含量并观察视网膜组 织学改变。结果 休克复苏组复苏后3h视网膜组织中NOS活性、NO含量升高(P<0.01)。牛磺酸治疗组NOS活性及 NO含量同对照相比无显著性改变,组织学观察牛磺酸治疗组动物视网膜病变明显轻于单纯休克复苏组动物。结论 牛 磺酸对休克复苏所致的视网膜损伤可能具有一定保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the NO and NOS activities of retina tissue after hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation in rabbit and the effects of taurine on them. Methods Twenty four New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group, shock and resuscitation (SR) group and taurine group. Chromatometry was used to detect the NOS activities. Results The ON content and NOS activities, either in retina tissue or in plasm, increased significantly 3 h after hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation (P<0.01). The NO content and NOS activities in taurine group showed no significant difference as compared with control group. The histological changes of retina in taurine group were slight as compared with SR group. Conclusion NOS activities and NO release play an important role in retina damage caused by hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation. Taurine has protective effects on retina injury.
