经尿道前列腺汽化电切术120例报告

目的 探讨经尿道汽化电切治疗良性前列腺增生症。方法 对120例前列腺增生症（BPH）病人实施前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）以术前、术后4个月、术后8个月前列腺症状评分、尿流率改善为依据，分析其疗效。结果 120例均痊愈，14例发生并发症经处理恢复。前列腺症状评分、最大尿流率、平均尿流率等方法均有显著改善，手术前后各项指标差异有显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论 TUVP具有操作简单、出血少、并发症少、恢复快、疗效确实等特点。

Transurethral electrovaporation of prostate with 120 cases reporters

Objective To observe the efficiency of the transurethral electrovaporation of prostate(TUVP) in treatment of BPH.Methods 120 patients with BPH were adopted TUVP.To compare I-PSS and uroflow rate respectively weasured preoperation,4 months past operati on and 8 months past operation,so as to assess the therapeatic effect.Results 120 cases were all cured,in which 14 patients with complications were recovered after appropriate treatments.I-PPS. MFR. AFE were all remarkably improved.All indexes respectively measured preoperati on and past operations were obviously different(P<0 01).Conclusion The operation of TUVP is simple theres little bleeding during the operation,and little complications after operation.The patients are recovered fast.The therapeutic effect is definife.
