安心颗粒对冠心病心绞痛患者超敏C-反应蛋白的影响

【目的】观察安心颗粒（主要由人参、桂枝、瓜萎壳、水蛭、茯苓等中药组成）对改善冠心病心绞痛患者的心绞痛症状和炎症反应的影响。【方法】将舳例血瘀型冠心病心绞痛老年患者，按随机数字表法分成两组，治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上，给予安心颗粒，每次3．5g，每日3次；对照组给予单纯常规西药治疗，两组均以4周为1疗程。观察两组的症状疗效和心电图疗效。并于治疗前后分别检测血清超敏C-反应蛋白浓度。【结果】治疗后治疗组的症状疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01），而心电图疗效两组相仿（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组的血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平均有下降（与治疗前比较，P〈0．05或P〈0．01），且治疗组的作用更为明显（P〈0．01）。【结论】安心颗粒可能是通过降低冠心病心绞痛患者的炎症反应而改善燕鲁的心皇壹墙症般：但访菇对据高患者的心电．图疗效作用不明显．

Effect of Anxin Granules on Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein in Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective] To observe the effect of Anxin Granules (mainly composed of Radix Ginseng, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Pericarpium Trichosanthis, Hinido, Poria, etc.) in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris (AP) and acute inflammatory reaction in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with AP. Methods] Eighty senile CHD patients with AP of blood-stasis type were allocated to groups A and B with random number table. Group A was treated with Anxin Granules 3.5 g, tid combined with routine drug treatment and group B with routine drug treatment only. Four weeks constituted one treatment course. The changes of symptoms, electrocardiogram (EGG) and serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) level were observed before and after treatment. Results] In relieving symptoms and decreasing Hs-CRP level, group A was better than group B ( P < 0.01) ; however, in improving EGG, group A did not differ much from group B (P>0.05) . Serum Hs-CRP level decreased in groups A and B after treatment as compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion] Anxin Granules can relieve AP probably by decreasing acute inflammatory reaction in CHD patients with AP, but has no effect on ECG.
