| 摘 要： | 目的了解浙江省结核病(TB)患者中艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况,为在TB患者中是否开展常规HIV抗体的筛检工作提供依据。方法采用系统抽样方法抽取10个县作为调查点,对调查点2008年9月1日至2009年1月31日期间新登记的活动性肺结核和肺外结核患者开展HIV抗体筛查工作。结果项目期间共纳入有效病例1765例,进行HIV抗体初筛1714例,受检率为97.11%;检测出TB/HIV双重感染者3例,检出率为1.75‰。结论浙江省TB患者中存在一定比例的HIV感染,有必要在TB患者中开展常规HIV抗体的筛检工作。
