| 摘 要： | 以卫生部2010年开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂为切入点,促进医院管理水平提高,推进医疗卫生改革的进程,以护士人力数据分析、工时测算做为解决护理人力不足瓶颈的基础,加强护理保障体系的建立,提高护理人力资源的合理利用,更好地体现＂把护士还给病人＂的宗旨,以激励机制与护士分层使用有机地结合,强化护患沟通理念在实践中的应用,达到提高病人、科主任、医生、护士满意度的效果。

| Abstract: | High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project proposed by Ministry of Health in 2010 has provided with new opportunities for further improvement of hospital management and promotion health system reform.Human resources in nursing analysis and working hour measurement are the basis for solving the problem of nurse shortage.Nursing support system is promoted and the utilization of human resources in nursing is improved to meet the mission of returning nurses to patients.Combined with incentive mechanism and graded utilization,and nursepatient communication,better satisfaction for patients,nurses,doctors and director of departments will be achieved. |
