角膜异物临床分析

目的:总结分析角膜异物的临床特点及预后。方法:统计397例角膜异物患者的临床发生特点、一般情况以及预后。结果:397例角膜异物多发生于从事产业劳动的中、青壮年男性(89.4％);大多数(98.0％)为单眼单个异物;多数分布于睑裂区的中间部角膜,位置浅表者居多;异物性质多为金属性、尤铁质异物约占80.9％,并且于伤后6h～8h就诊即已见铁锈浸润。大多数角膜异物患者预后良好。双眼角膜异物中爆炸伤患者往往是多个异物,分布弥散、位置深浅不一;角膜光学区受损可招致视力下降。结论:角膜异物是常见的临床眼表外伤症,对角膜异物,尤金属性异物应及早取出,清除铁锈,并且应重视异物后的抗感染问题。

Clinical Analysis of Corneal Foreign Bodies

Objective: To analyze clinical characters and prognosis of corneal foreign bodies. Methods: 397 cases of corneal foreign bodies were reviewed in clinical characters, general conditions, and prognosis. Results: In 397 cases of corneal foreign bodies, most patients (89.4%) were middle-aged or young people who worked as industrial workers. In most cases (98.0%) patients had one foreign body in one eye. Most corneal bodies distributed in the center of cornea between the area of eyelid fissure and located in the superficial layer of cornea. Most foreign bodies were fetal, in which main were iron (80.9%). Ring of rust had been seen in 6-8 hours after injury when patients saw doctor. Most patients had good prognosis. In cases which involved in explosion, more foreign bodies were found in both eyes spreading all over the cornea, locating deep or superficial. Damage of comeal optic area resulted in low visual acuity. Conclusion: Corneal foreign bodies are common ocular surface trauma in clinic. Foreign bodies should be taken out as early as possible, especially for metal one. Getting rid of rust and paying attention to anti-infection are also important.
