人参茎叶皂甙对大鼠脑内γ-氨基丁酸的影响

摘    要:本文报告了人参茎叶皂甙、二醇组皂甙及三醇组皂甙对大鼠脑内r-氨基丁酸(以下简称GABA)正常水平无明显改变,而预先应用大剂量的异烟胼后,再服用人参茎叶皂甙、二醇组皂甙及三醇组皂甙,则前二者皆能非常明显的升高由异烟肼所引起的脑内GABA水平的降低。

Abstract:The influence of ginsenosides, including the total ginsenosides as well as panaxadiol and panaxatriol, on CABA content in the brain was experimentally studied. Administration of these compounds to normal rats did not result in any changes in the content of GABA, but when they were administered to rats pretrated with isoniazide 20 min before, the total ginsenosides and panaxadiol, but not panaxatriol, caused a significant increase in the content of GABA. These data indicate that the total ginsenosides and panaxadiol have certain inhibitory effects on the central nervous system and some influence on GABA system. However, the exact mechanism awaits further study.
