| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT的容积分析软件(ALA)在孤立性肺结节(SPN)诊断中的应用价值。方法:112例经16层螺旋CT扫描发现SPN的病人及31例随访复查的SPN病人分别为A、B两组,利用GEAW4.2工作站的ALA软件后处理。结果:ALA软件可对不超过30mm的SPN进行三维容积分析,计算SPN的容积值、不同时间间隔的结节容积增长率(PVC)和倍增时间(DT)。结论:ALA软件是目前研究SPN的先进的容积分析软件,可以为SPN的定性诊断提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective: To approach the value of the volume analysis software of 16-SCT in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods: 112 cases with solitary pulmonary nodules and 31 cases with follow-up CT scans by 16-SCT scanning were named A and B group respectively.All of the cases were performed by the ALA software of GE AW4.2 workstation.Results: The solitary pulmonary nodules which sizes are less than 30 mm could been 3D reconstructed.The percentage volume change and doubling time were calculated by the ALA software.Conclusion: The ALA software is the advanced volume analysis software in the study of the solitary pulmonary nodules,and helps the diagnosis of the solitary pulmonary nodules. |
