浅谈高职高专医学生实习前的技能培训

为了使学生能在进入实习过程中尽快适应实习环境,顺利进入实习角色,对实习前的学生进行为期3～4周强化技能培训工作,培训内容包括综合专题讲座、医德医风教育、医疗规章制度教育、服务行为规范教育、外科技能操作训练、内科技能操作训练等手段,收到良好的教学效果,从而有效地提高了实习质量。

Discussion of the vocational skill training for medical students before practice

In order to enable students to adapt to the practice environment quickly,this paper discussed the experience of strengthening skills training for 3～4 weeks before practice,including comprehensive training seminars,the education of medical ethics,medical rules and regulations,and service behavioral norm,the surgical skills training and the medical skills training.Strengthen training received good teaching results and improved the quality of practice.
