摘    要:目的 :对六味地黄超微细粉体化学成分溶出特性进行考察研究。方法 :对比考察六味地黄细粉及超微细粉中目标成分熊果酸的含量和溶出特性。结果 :超微细粉中脂溶性大分子物质熊果酸可在极性溶媒水中分散 ,在非极性溶媒乙醚中快速溶出 ;相同测定条件下 ,超微细粉中熊果酸含量较细粉高出 4 4 .5 5 %。结论 :六味地黄经超微粉碎后 ,熊果酸溶出特性发生了显著变化 ,释放速度及释放量均显著提高。

Abstract:Objective: To observe and study the chemical compositions of Liuwei Dihuang Ultra micro-powder.Methods: The contents and stripping characteristic of target compositions- Ursolic acid of Liuwei Dihuang powder and ultra micro-powder were compared and studied. Results: Fat-dissolving micromolecule substances in ultra micro-powder can be scattered in the extra polar media water and can be quickly stripped in non-polar stripping media- ether. Under the same circumstance of determination, Ursolic acid of in ultra micro-powder was 44.55% higher than tthat of the normal powder.Conclusion: After Liuwei Dihuang is comminuted into ultra micro-powder, there is a great change in the stripping characteristics of Ursolic acid, the releasing speed and contents are increased greatly.
