| 摘 要： | 目的调查精神科男护士的睡眠质量。方法采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)自制调查问卷对126名精神科男护士进行测评调查。结果睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)7项因子分及总分均明显高于全国常模。说明多数精神科男护士的睡眠质量较差。结论应不断加强对精神科男护士的心理健康教育，在提高睡眠质量的同时提高工作质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the slumber quality of male nurses in psychiatric department.Methods 126 male nurses in psychiatric department were investigated with SRSS and auto-made inventory.Results The seven factors scores and total score of SSRS of 126 male nurses were significantly higher than chinese norms,which suggested the slumber quality of male nurse in psychiatric department were apprehensive.Conclusion The education of mental heath should been strengthened to improve the qualities of slumber and work. |
