先天性心脏病介入封堵术后心功能、NT-proBNP及CRP水平的变化

目的探讨心功能、N端前脑钠素（NT—proBNP）及C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平在衡量先天性心脏病患者介入封堵术后远期效果中的意义。方法所有患者分别于术前，术后1个月、3个月测定心功能、血清NT—proBNP及CRP水平。结果先天性心脏病介入封堵术后1个月、3个月心功能较术前明显改善（P〈0．01），血清NT—proBNP及CRP水平较术前明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论心功能、NT—proBNP及CRP水平在衡量先天性心脏病介入封堵术后远期效果方面具有重要价值，但尚需大规模长期随访观察。

The changes of the heart function, NT-proBNP and CRP after the intervention blocking in patients with congenital heart disease

Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of heart function, NT-proBNP and CRP levels in patients with congenital heart disease after the transcatheter closure. Methods The heart function, NT-BNP and CRP were measured preoperation and one month, three months after operation. Results The heart function was improved in one month and three months after transeatheter closure compare with preoperation （P〈0.01）. The serum NT-proBNP and CRP levels were lower in one month, three months after transcatheter closure than preoperation （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Heart function, NT-proBNP and CRP levels have an important value in assessing of long-term effection of transcatheter closure in patients with congenital heart disease, but still need large-scale long-term follow-up observation.
