小儿气道异物的急救与病情观察

目的：探讨小儿气道异物急救、病情观察及护理要点。方法：对139例气道异物患儿，做好急救处理，密切观察术后病情变化，采取正确的护理措施。结果：138例患儿经治疗护理后痊愈出院，术后呼吸及循环衰竭死亡1例。结论：正确的急救处理、及时的病情观察和准确的护理措施是提高小儿气道异物抢救成功率，促进患儿顺利康复的重要因素。

Observation on patients'''' condition and first aid in child with foreign bodies in airway

Objective: To probe into the nursing main points of first aid and observation patients' condition for foreign bodies in airway of child patients. Methods: 139 child patierts who were in foreign bodies in airway were given correct countermeasure such as well first aid and intensive observations on the patierts' conditions postoperation. Results: 138 cases patients were cured after proper treament and nursing care,only 1 patients died of respiratory failure and circulatory failure postoperation. Conclusion:These results shows that well first aid intensive observations on the patients' conditions postoperation and correct nursing countermeasures are the important factors to raise the success rate of emergency treatment for child patients with foreign bodies in airway and to help patients recover successfully.
