急性肺栓塞螺旋CT诊断与评价

目的评价螺旋CT对急性肺栓塞性病变的诊断价值.方法对9例临床怀疑急性肺栓塞者行胸部螺旋CT增强扫描,分析肺动脉、肺野及胸膜改变.所有病例均经血管造影或临床证实.结果肺栓塞3例,肺梗死6例.其中4例双侧发病,6例栓塞位于段以上肺动脉.下叶多见.结论胸部螺旋CT增强扫描可检出亚段以上肺动脉内的血栓及肺内实变阴影等,且属无创性检查,对急性肺栓塞的正确诊断和综合评价有重要价值.

Assessment on spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism

Objective To aasess the clinical importance of spiral CF for the acute pulmonary em- bolism.Methods 9 patients who suspected suffering from acute pulmonary embolism were preoperatively imaged by spiral CT using incremental scanning,so that we could evaluate,the changes of pulmonary artery,pulmonary feild and the pleure.All the cases were made definite diagnosis in clinic.Results In 9 cases,found 3 cases with pulmonary embolism,6 cases with pulmonary infarction.Conclusions Spiral CT in chest using incremental scanning can check up or determine the embolism of more than pulmonary segment,and it is a non-traumatogenic examination,therefore. spiral CT has important value for the diagnosis and the clinical assessment of acute pulmonary embolism.
