癌症患者家属心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨癌症患者家属心理健康状况.方法 采用症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表对癌症患者家属的心理健康状况进行评定并与全国常模对比分析.结果 症状自评量表评分,癌症患者家属躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执因子分均显著高于全国常模(P 均＜0.01);女性抑郁、恐怖因子分均显著高于男性(P＜0.05).抑郁自评量表总分癌症患者家属显著高于全国常模(P＜0.01);女性家属显著高于男性家属(P＜0.05). 结论 癌症患者家属存在诸多的心理问题,女性家属更为显著;为了提高癌症患者的生活质量,应把心理干预扩展到患者家属、特别是女性家属和整个社会支持系统.

Investigations of mental health status in family members of patients with cancer

Objective To explore the mental health status of family members of cancer patients.Methods Assessments of mental health status were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in family members of cancer patients and compared with national norms.Results According to the SCL-90,scores of such factors as somatization,obsession,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,phobia,paranoia were significantly higher in the members than national norms(all P<0.01);scores of depression and phobia were significantly higher in female than in male members(P<0.05).The total score of the SDS of the members were significantly higher than that of national norms(P<0.01);that of the female was significantly higher than that of the male members(P<0.05).Conclusion Family members of cancer patients have a lot of psycho-problems,especially female members;mental interventions should be extended to the patients' family members,especially the female members and whole social support system.In order to improve patients' quality of life.
