米非司酮配伍利凡诺的中期妊娠引产作用

为观察米非司酮配伍利凡诺的中期妊娠引产作用,选择60例欲行利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法中期引产的孕妇,随机分为两组,各30例,米非司酮组于利凡诺引产前36,24,12小时口服米非司酮50mg,共三次;对照组单纯利凡诺引产。观察两组引流产进程及分娩阵痛情况,并于腔内注射时抽取羊水,放免法检测雌二醇(E_2)及孕酮(P)水平。米非司酮组腔内注射至产程发动时间,产程发动至胎儿娩出时间短于对照组,流产过程中阵痛程度减轻,差异均有统计学意义;羊水中E_2水平升高(P<0.05),P水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗过程中无严重副作用发生。米非司酮用于利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法中期引产可加速引流产进程及减轻分娩阵痛,从而提高引产质量。

Combining Rivanol with Mifepristone for Induced Abortion of Second Trimester

Objective: To observe the effects of combining rivanol with mifepristone on induced abortion of second trimester.Methods:Sixty women who were expected to terminate second trimester pregnancy with intraamniotic rivanol were randomized into two groups. The women in mifepristone group ( n = 30) were administered 50mg mifepristone three times at 36, 24, 12 hours before receiving rivanol and the women in control group (n = 30) only received rivanol. The process of induction - abortion and the pain during labor were recorded. In addition, we collected the amniotic fluid just before administering rivanol for the measurement of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) with radioimmunoassay.Results: For mifepristone group, the interval between administration of rivanol and onset of labor and the interval between onset of labor and expulsion of fetus were both shorter compared with control group (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 01). The women pretreated with mifepristone experienced significantly less pain during labor. The E2 level of the amniotic fluid was elevated after mifepristone treatment (P < 0. 05), but the P level did not show significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) . Side- effects associated with mifepristone was mild.Conclusion: Mifepristone used in the rivanol - induced abortion of second trimester can accelerate the process of induction - abortion and releive the pain during labor.
