| 摘 要： | 对２１只手标本施行解剖学观察，结果发现拇指优势侧动脉血供来源有四种模式（１）在第一指蹼处有深、浅血管系统、深、浅血管在该处吻合后，发出分支到拇指尺侧；（２）第一掌骨掌侧动有；（３）经一掌骨背动脉；（４）桡动有永浅支。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate and clarify the orgin .course and changeful regulation of the dominant artery to the thumb. 21,dissections of hands were anatomized and observed.The dominant source of arterial supply to the thumb included four patterns :(1) The artery dividing from arch which is converged by superficial and deep artery in the first web space(52%). (2)The first palmar metacarpal artery (24%). (3)the first dorsal metacarpal artery (14%). (4)The superficial palmar branch of the radial artery (10%). |
