| 摘 要： | 目的制备恶丙嗪乳胶剂,建立其含量测定的方法并对其抗炎作用进行考察.方法以卡波姆-940作为乳胶基质,制备恶丙嗪乳胶剂.用紫外分光光度法测定含量.测定波长(287±1nm),以小鼠耳壳致炎实验评价其疗效.结果平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为1.26%,小鼠耳壳肿胀度为1.92±0.5mg.结论本制剂制备容易,性质稳定,测定方法简单、快速.动物实验表明本品有较好的消炎作用.
