超声多种探头联合应用在新生儿颅脑疾病中的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:探讨超声多种探头联合应用在新生儿颅脑疾病诊断和随访中的价值。方法:利用心脏探头及高频线阵探头对300例小儿进行颅脑超声检查,除外15例无合并症的未成熟脑患儿,其余阳性病例或虽超声未有阳性发现但临床表现可疑者均行头颅CT检查对比结果并随访观察。结果:诊断新生儿颅脑疾病主要类型有颅内出血、缺氧缺血性脑病、未成熟脑、脑积水、外部性脑积水、头皮血肿、脑膨出,均经CT或随访证实。结论:多种超声探头联合应用于新生儿颅脑疾病,能最大程度显示颅脑各层结构,利于动态随访观察颅脑疾病的变化,指导临床治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the combination of a variety of ultrasonic probes in the neonatal brain disease diagnosis and follow-up value.Methods:Cardiac probe and high-frequency linear probe conducted on 300 cases of pediatric cranial ultrasonic examination,except for 15 cases of the immature brain in children with no complications,and the remaining positive cases,although ultrasound or clinical features,but no positive findings suspicious caught the line,contrast head CT examination results and follow-up observation.Results:The main types of cerebral disease diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,immature brain,hydrocephalus,external hydrocephalus,scalp hematoma,brain swelling,were confirmed by CT or follow-up.Conclusion:The combined ultrasound probes used in a variety of neonatal cerebral disease,to the greatest extent show the brain structure of each layer,so that we can understand the dynamic changes in condition,conducive to disease follow-up observation.
