| 摘 要： | 目的:观察山仙颗粒对肝癌气虚血瘀证模型动物侵袭转移相关因子(MVD、VEGF)表达的影响。方法:将60只雄性ICR小鼠随机分成4组:15只为空白对照组(A组),气虚血瘀造模,另45只为实验组,全部进行肿瘤造模及气虚血瘀造模,每组15只,分别为:肿瘤模型组(B组),山仙颗粒组(C组),羟基喜树碱组(D组)。观察山仙颗粒对各组小鼠VEGF、MVD表达的影响。结果:山仙颗粒组(C组)VEGF、MVD的表达显著低于肿瘤模型组(B组)及对照药物羟基喜树碱组(D组)。结论:山仙颗粒具有抗气虚血瘀证肝癌侵袭、转移的作用。
