| 摘 要： | 目的：观察吲哚洛尔对帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症显效时间的影响。方法：将符合CCMD－Ⅱ－R抑郁症诊断标准的患者36例随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别予吲哚洛尔及安慰药联用帕罗西汀，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）及副作用量表（TESS）评定。结果：第1，第2周末治疗组减分率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）；两组总有效率及副作用相当（P＞0．05）。结论：吲哚洛尔能缩短帕罗西汀的显效时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of pindolol on action time of paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods:A total of 36 inpatients with depression and the other with paroxetine plus placebo. The hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and the clinical global impression(CGI) were employed to measure the efficacy, while the treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS) employed to Detect the adverse reactions resulted. Results:The efficacy was significantly different(P<0.05 or 0.01) between the two groups at the end of the 1st adn 2nd week post-treatment. The others were similar in both groups, including the response rates(P>0.05) and the side effects(P>0.05). Conclusion:Pindolol can accelerate the action of paroxetine in the treatment of depression. |
