上海市大气悬浮颗粒物有机提取物的致突变性研究

摘    要:本研究采用Ames试验研究上海市大气浮颗粒物的致突变性。结果表明,在没有体外活化主情况下可引起TA98菌株回复突变数增加,加入活化系统可降低致突变性。冬季样品的致突变性大于夏季样品,比较不同采样点的致突变性、K、H、E等三个点样品的致突变性最强,当考虑到浓度后,H、E、G三点致突变性最强,K点受浓度影响最大。

Abstract:Mutagenicity oftheextracts ofTSPinShanghai was determinedbytheSalmonel-la plate incorporation method with bacterial cultures fully grown overnight as described by Ames,et al.The results showed that extracts of TSP in Shanghai are mutagenic in TA98 in the absence of mammalian activation systems. Addition of S9 decrease the mutagenic re- sponse. Comparing the difference of mutagenicity among various samples,EK,and H are stronger than the others. The sample K has weaker mutagenicity when the concentration of suspended particulates was considered.The results also indicate that the mutagenic activity is strongest during the winter months attributing to the increase to fuel and coal- burning forheating andthedecrease oftheability of air self-purification.
