脑梗死病人血浆内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽含量测定与分析

目的测定脑梗死病人血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,探讨其在疾病的发展过程中的变化及意义。方法采用放射免疫分析技术(RIA),对53例在急性期与恢复期的脑梗死患者,分别作血浆 ET 和 CGRP 分析,并用33例健康对照人员作对照。结果脑梗死患者在疾病的急性期和恢复期,血浆 ET 含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),经治疗后有所下降,而血浆 CGRP 含量在疾病的急性期明显高于对照组(P<0.01),第20天恢复正常。结论在脑梗死的急性期,血浆 ET 及 CGRP 含量明显升高,与脑损伤程度有良好的相关性,提示神经肽参与缺血性脑损伤的发生与发展过程。

The Testing and Analysis of Plasma Endothelin and Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Objective To test the content of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with ischemic stroke and study the changes and meanings of ET and CGRP during the disease.Methods Analyze the content of plasma ET and CGRP of acute and recovering time in 53 patients with ischemic stroke by using radioimmunoassay (RIA) and the concentration of plasma ET and CGRP is com- pared with that contrast group composed of 33 healthy persons.Results The content of plasma ET of acute and recovering dine in patients with is- chemic stroke is markedly higher than that of contrast group (P<0.01) and decreased a little after treatment;the content of plasma CGRP is ob- viously higher then contrast group at acute time (P<0.01) and became normal at the 20th day.Conclusion The content of plasma ET and CGRP both rose at acute time in ischemic stroke and were related to the extent of the injury of brain.It indicates that neuropeptide play a role dur- ing the course of changes of ischemic stroke.
