支原体感染与IgE水平关系分析

目的通过检测哮喘患儿肺炎支原体抗体和总IgE水平，探讨支原体感染与IgE的关系。方法选择小儿哮喘病例在就诊时同时抽血留取血标本，被动凝集法检测MP—Ab（肺炎支原体抗体）和化学发光法检测总IgE，并分析两者之间的关系。结果共收集到21个样本，经统计学分析，r=0．174，P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义。MP—Ab与总IgE水平无表现相关。结论支原体感染不一定通过引发IgE升高的途径来影响机体。其发病机制仍有待进一步研究。

Analysis of the relation between mycoplasmal infectiaon and total IgE

Objective To study the relation of mycoplasmal infectiaon and total IgE by examining the levels of MP-Ab and total IgE in children with severe asthma.Methods All of the case who was selected were tested MP-Ab and total IgE at the same time.The levels of MP-Ab were measured using passive particle agglutination and the levels of total IgE were measured using chemiluminescence reaction,then both of relation were analysed.Results It is total 21 cases.r=0.174,P>0.05,it is no difference in statistics.There is no relationship between MP-Ab and total IgE.Conclusion Mycoplasmal infectiaon induced asthma is not sure by way of increase IgE.The mechanism of induced asthma will be further studied.
