2007—2010年四平市居民碘盐和儿童尿碘监测结果分析

目的了解四平市居民碘盐食用情况和儿童碘营养状况,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2007—2010年四平市碘盐和2010年10～12岁儿童尿碘监测结果进行分析。结果 2007—2010年共检测四平市7 008份居民户食盐,各县(市、区)碘盐覆盖率在99.75%～100%之间,合格碘盐食用率在99.92%～100%之间,非碘盐率在0～0.25%之间。尿碘中位数在231.50～246.20μg/之间。结论四平市居民户碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率、儿童碘营养状况均达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准。

Analysis on surveillance results of iodized salt consumption in households and urine iodine level in children in Siping City

[Objective]To study the consumption status of iodized salt in households and iodine nutrition status in children in Siping City,provide the scientific basis for making control strategies. [Methods]The surveillance results of iodized salt consumption in households from 2007-2010 and urine iodine level in children aged 10-12 years old in 2010 in Siping City were analyzed. [Results]During 2007-2010,the iodized salt samples of 7 008 households were tested,the coverage rate of iodine salt in all counties/cities/districts ranged from 99.75% to 100%,the consuming rate of qualified iodized salt was 99.92%-100%,and the rate of non-iodized salt consumption was 0-0.25%.The median urinary iodine stayed between 231.50 μg to 246.20 μg. [Conclusion]The coverage rate of iodine salt and consuming rate of qualified iodized salt of households,and iodine nutrition status in children in Siping City reach the national standard of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.
