曲阜市中小学生结核菌感染状况及其对防治知识的知晓率调查

目的了解曲阜市中小学生结核菌的感染状况及对结核病防治知识的知晓情况,为结核病防治提供可靠的科学依据。方法对曲阜市3 238名中小学生进行纯蛋白衍生物(标准精制结核菌素)(PPD)试验,采用整群抽样的方法对1 127名学生进行结核病防治知识进行调查。结果调查学生3 238名,PPD阳性者423名,感染率为13.06%,学生对结核病防治知识知晓率较低,获得结核病防治知识的途径主要有电视、报纸、宣传画、书籍及杂志,学生对待结核病的行为正确率相对较低。结论中小学生的结核菌感染不容忽视,对结核病防治知识知晓率较低,将结核病筛查和健康教育纳入学校的制度化管理。

Investigation on infection status of tuberculosis and the awareness rate of prevention knowledge among primary and middle school students in Qufu city

Objective]To understand the infection status of tuberculosis and awareness rate of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention among primary and middle school students in Qufu city,provide a reliable scientific basis for tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods]PPD test was conducted in 3 238 primary and middle school students in Qufu city.By using cluster sampling,the awareness rate of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention was investigated in 1 127 students. Results]Among 3 238 students were surveyed,there were 423 with positive PPD,and the infection rate was 13.06%.The awareness rate of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention was low in students.The main ways that the students obtained the knowledge about tuberculosis prevention included television,newspapers,posters,books and magazines.The correct rate of behaviors towards tuberculosis in students was relatively low. Conclusion]The tuberculosis infection among primary and middle school students must not be ignored,and the awareness rate of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention is low.The tuberculosis screening and health education should be brought into the institutionalized management in schools.
