2893例产前唐氏综合征筛查及诊断分析

目的研究甲胎蛋白（AFP）、游离β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（F-β-HCG）中位值倍数在唐氏综合征生化指标筛查中的重要性。方法用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法（TRFIA）分别对2893例孕妇（孕期14～21^＋6周）的血清AFP、F-β-HCG2项指标进行检测，并用艾博罗（Apple Tree）唐氏产前筛选系统进行评估。结果结果表明艾博罗唐氏产前筛查系统对唐氏综合征的筛查阳性率为3．7%;对神经管缺陷（NTD）高风险孕妇的筛查阳性率为1．3％。结论孕早期血清AFP和F-β-HCG标记物是产前筛查异常胎儿的有效指标，再结合产前诊断对防止先天缺陷有实用价值。

Diagnosis and review of 2 893 examples of prenatal sieve

Objective Study the importance of multiple median of AFP and β-HCG in Tang drafts of the biochemistry target. Methods Serum（AFP and the free-β-HCG）level of 2 893 pregnant women（14-24^＋6 weeks of congestation）were detcted by time-distinguished fluoiescence immunoassay. The Down＇s syndrome risk value was calculated with Apple Tree software. Results By Apple Tree Down＇s syndrome antenatal screening software, high risk of Down＇s syndrome is 3.7%. high risk of NTD is 1.3%. Conclusion serum AFP and free β-HCG level of pregnant women in the first-trimester were effective index to identify the abnormal feturse. When combined with antenatal diagnosis, it would be a practical method of preventing congenital defects.
