| 摘 要： | 目的 寻求一种更有效地解决青光眼术后前房恢复迟缓的方法。方法 在小梁切除术中采用可移动缝线关闭巩膜瓣联合应用抗纤维生成抑制剂 ,术后根据前房恢复情况从结膜外拆巩膜瓣缝线。结果 在 36只眼中 ,术后眼压均在正常范围 ,2 4眼术后 48h恢复前房 (6 6 6 7% ) ,12眼术后 72h恢复前房 (33 33% )。结论 本方法对于促进术后滤过作用 ,避免前房恢复迟缓有一定效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective way to solve the tardy recovery of anterior chamber after operation on glaucoma Method We used the movable suture from the outer conjunctive according to the condition of recovery of anterior chamber Result The intraocular pressure after operation was mormal, among 36 eyes the recovery of anterior chamber within 48 hours was found in 24 eyes(66.67%), and recovery of anterior chamber within 72 hours was found in 12 eyes(33.33%) Conclusion This way is beneficial to the promotion of recovery of anterior chamber and strain after trabe culectomy |
