肾移植患者性生活质量的影响因素

目的 探讨肾移植患性生活质量的影响因素。方法 对86例男性和50例女性肾移植术后患的性心理、对性生活的认识、经济状况和年龄等与性生活质量的关系进行调查。结果 认为性生活影响康复、经济状况较差、高年龄组的患，性生活满意率：男性分别为42．1％、42．4％和40．9％；女性分别为37％、33．3％和25％。认为性生活不影响康复、经济状况较好、低年龄组的患，性生活满意率：男性分别为75％、80．8％和80．0％．女性分别为65．2％、72．7％和76．9％。结论 性心理状态、对性生活的认识以及经济状况和年龄等均可影响肾移植患术后的性生活质量。

The factors affecting sexual life quality of kidney transplantation patients

Objective To explore the factors affecting sexual life quality of kidney transplantation patients. Methods The investigation was made on the relationship of sexual life quality with sexual psychology, perception of sexual life, economic condition and age after kidney transplantation in 86 male patients and 50 female patients. Results For old age group who believed that sexual life affected recovery and with worse economic condition, the sexual life satisfaction rate in men was 42.1% , 42.4% and 40.9%, respectively while that in women was 37.0 %, 33.3% and 25%, respectively. For young age group who believed that sexual life did not affect recovery and with better economic condition, the satisfaction rate in men was 75.0% , 80.8% and 80.0% , respectively while that in women was 65.2% , 72.7% and 76.9% , respectively. Conclusion The main factors including sexual psychology perception of sexual life, economic condition and age affect patients' sexual life quality after kidney transplantation.
