| 摘 要： | 目的了解嘉峪关市传染病发病及流行情况,并提出相应的防治策略。方法对2000—2009年嘉峪关市疫情监测系统中的疫情动态监测数据进行分析。结果 2000—2009年嘉峪关市传染病累计报告发病21071例,发病率总体呈上升趋势。主要传染病为病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾和肺结核。传播途径以血源及性传播为主。发病人群以男性为主,年龄主要集中在15～45岁。结论嘉峪关市传染病防治仍然是当前面对的重要公共卫生问题。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the incidence and prevalence of infectious diseases in Jiayuguan City,and put forward corresponding control strategies.[Methods]The monitoring data of epidemic situation from epidemic surveillance system of Jiayuguan City during 2000-2009 were analyzed.[Results]A total of 21 071 cases of infectious diseases were reported from 2000-2009 in Jiayuguan City,the overall incidence showed upward tendency. The major diseases were viral hepatitis,dysentery and tuberculosis. The transmission was mainly through blood and sex. Most cases were male aged 15 ～ 45.[Conclusion]The important public health problem is infectious diseases control in Jiayuguan City. |
