| 摘 要： | 以 ADP、胶原为诱导剂研究清半夏、羌活、天冬、苦楝皮对血小板聚集性的影响。结果显示 :四种中药均具有抑制血小板聚集作用。以 IC50 为据分析 ,以 ADP为诱导剂抑制血小板聚集的强弱依次为 :羌活 >清半夏 >天冬 >苦楝皮 ;以胶原为诱导剂 :清半夏 >羌活 >天冬 >苦楝皮 ;而且 4种中药抑制血小板聚集作用与其药物的浓度的相关性良好。

| Abstract: | The effect of Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma ET Radix Notopterygii, Radix Aspadagi and Cortex Meliae, on the aggregation of platelet, with ADP and collagen as inducing agents, was studied. The results showed when induced by ADP the IC 50 (mg/mlPRP) of four Chinese medicines were Rhizoma Pinelliae 1 34, Rhizoma ET Radix Notopterygii 1 29, Radix Aspadagi 1 84 and Cortex Melae 3 09 respctively; the IC 50 were Rhizoma Pinelliae 1 13, Rhizoma ET Radix Notopterygii 1 29, Radix Aspadagi 2 26 and Cortex Meliae 2 78 respectively; induced by collagen. The correlation of the inhibition to the platelet aggregation and the concentration of 4 medicines was significant. |
