| 摘 要： | 结肠胶囊内镜(CCE)是一种新的大肠检查手段,具备良好的耐受性和安全性,较传统结肠镜检查痛苦小,且无需应用麻醉剂和镇静剂。CCE对于结肠癌及结肠息肉等疾病有较好的诊断能力。作为一种新的技术,CCE尚有许多改进空间,但其舒适、安全等特点使其有望推广应用于结肠癌及其癌前病变的筛检中,具备很好的临床应用前景。

| Abstract: | Colon capsule endoscopy(CCE)is a new diagnostic method,which is well-tolerated and safe.No anesthetics and sedatives are necessary during the examination.CCE is a good tool for the diagnosis of colon cancer and polyps,although it still has much to improve as a new technique.It can be applied in the screening of colon cancer and precancerous diseases because of its comfort and safety and it is a very promising technique. |
