PDCA应用于库房管理的尝试

目的：探讨行之有效的科学化管理库房的方法，以达到零库存的库房管理目标。方法：将医疗器材分为五大类并制订保管养护细则装订成册，按消防要求计算仓体面积高度利用率，以设计货物容量。运用PDCA循环对全院各科室的易耗器材进行统计分析，根据库存制订采购计划并做到分类分区域放置，定期检查，定期养护制度化，实行每周末、每月底检查制度，针对存在的问题修正计划及时纠正，使PDCA始终围绕解决问题这个核心进入良性循环状态。结果：运用PDCA循环后，仓库面积利用率和高度利用率分别增加了11．11％和14％，月损耗率和年扣耗率显著减少（P＜0．001），物资流通时间明显缩短：库存积压逐年减少至2000年为零库存。结论：PDCA循环促进了库存的标准化管理，提高了库房的微机化管理的运行和质量。

Application of PDCA in storehouse management in hospital

The paper is to quest the scientific management of medical equipment with PDCA. Based on PDCA, the consumed equipments in every department were evaluated statistically, and the purchase plan was formulated according to the stock. After application of PDCA, the area utilization rate and the height utilization rate of the depository increased 11.11% and 14.00% respectively, the wastage per month and per year significantly decreased (from 73% to 38% per year), and the stock decreased to zero till 2000. PDCA can standardize the storehouse management, and can raise the management quality.
