十堰市城郊乡镇骨干人群和农民艾滋病相关KAP调查

[目的]了解十堰市城郊乡镇骨干人群和农民艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为状况,为下一步开展健康教育与行为干预提供依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,采用自填式问卷调查的方法收集资料。[结果]在艾滋病相关知识的认知方面,骨干人群回答正确率普遍比农民高。被调查者对艾滋病人的歧视现象比较严重,但绝大多数被调查者愿意了解更多预防知识。在艾滋病知识传播方面,最主要的渠道是宣传墙报、广播电视和报刊杂志,在这方面农民和骨干人群也不同。[结论]应在该乡镇深入持久有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育干预工作。

KAP INVESTIGATION RELATED TO AIDS ON CORE POPULATION AND PEASANT IN SUBURB OF SHIYAN CITY

[Objective] To understand the situation of knowledge,attitude,and behavior related to AIDS of core popu-lation and peasants in suburb of Shiyan city,and provide evidence for further behavioral intervention and health education.[Methods] Data were collected by questionnaires.[Results] The correct answers to questions on knowledge related to AIDS of core population were more than that of peasants.The investigated people showed a serious discrimination towards AIDS pa-tients while most of them were wiling to know more knowledge about AIDS prevention.The main channels to propagate knowl-edge related to AIDS were wall newspapers,radio,television,magazine and newspapers,but there were differences between peasants and core population.[Conclusion] We should carry out long-term health education and intervention with a clear aim in this suburb area.
