医护共同术前访视对麻醉环境准备的作用

目的探讨麻醉护士参与麻醉医生术前访视，对手术前麻醉环境准备的作用。方法将700例择期手术患者按照病床的单双号随机分为两组，双号为同访组，由麻醉护士与麻醉医生共同进行术前访视；单号为对照组，按照一般麻醉常规，由麻醉医师单独访视患者。统计两组患者麻醉环境准备所需要时间、准确率、麻醉时间和手术时间。结杲两组患者麻醉环境准备时间经比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；准确率（P〈0．01）、麻醉时间（P〈0．05）、手术时间（P〈0．05）间差异有统计学意义。结论麻醉护士与麻醉医生术前共同访视手术患者，可以全面了解患者的情况，有利于提高麻醉环境准备的效率和准确率，使麻醉医生进入手术室后完全投入到麻醉中，不用因为麻醉物品不全或错误而影响手术顺利进行，不仅提高了工作效率，同时保证了医疗质量。

Effects of Preoperative Interview by Collaboration between Nurses and Doctors on Preparation for Anesthetic Setting

Objective To explore the role of common preoperative interviews by nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists on pre-operative preparation for anesthetic setting. Methods Seven hundred patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups according to odd or even numbers of sickbeds. Common preoperative interviews by nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists were conducted in even numbers group while individual interviews by anesthesiologists were conducted in odd numbers group according to conventional routine of anesthesia. The required time lengths for anesthetic-setting preparation, accuracy, anesthetic time and operation time were counted in the two groups. Results The difference of required time for anesthetic-setting preparation in the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. However,the differences in accuracy （P〈0.01）,anesthetic time（P〈0.05） and operation time（P〈0.05） in the twogroups were statistically significant. Conclusion Common preoperative interviews by nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists may contribute to comprehensive understanding of the situation of patients and improving the efficiency and accuracy of anesthetic setting. Thus,anesthesiologists could be devoted into the anesthetic operation in operation rooms without leaving due to incomplete or incorrect items between surgery ,which could improve the work efficiency and ensure the medical quality.
