摘    要:目的 探讨身体软组织含量和骨密度之间的关系。方法 选择62例绝经期健康日本妇女,应用双能X-线法(DXA)测定其第2-4腰椎、双侧股骨转子间和桡骨中、下1/3交界处骨密度(BMD),同时测定身体肌肉组织、脂肪组织含量,并对软组织含量与身体各部位的BMD进行相关性分析。结果 全身肌肉重量及体重与正位腰椎BMD呈正相关(r=0.45及0.35),而脂肪百分比与腰椎、股骨转子间和桡骨远端BMD呈负相关(r=-0.17)。随着年龄增长,BMD呈下降趋势,60岁组与50岁及70岁组比较差异有显著意义(分别为P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论 身体内软组织含量中肌肉重量、体重与全身各部位的BMD有相关性,其中体重和肌肉重量与腰椎BMD的相关性较好,脂肪重量与BMD的相关性不明显。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between the soft tissue mass and the total bone mineral density (BMD) in the postmenopausal women. Methods Sixty two postmenopausal healthy Japanese women were included in this study The BMD from L 2 to 4, the total fat mass (TFM), total lean mass (TLM) , and BMD of both trochanteric regions and the distal radial regions as well as the fat percentage were measured in total body scan by dual - energy X - ray absorptionometry. Results A positive correlation was found between the total BMD with TLM ( r = 0.45and 0.35 ) , weight ( r = 0.35 ) and a negative correlation was seen in between TFM and BMD of the lumbar spine and the trochanteric and the distal radial regions (r = 0.17). There was a significant difference between 50 - 60 age group and the 60 - 70 age group respectively of P < 0.01 and P < 0.05. Conclusions The bone mineral mass is more closely related to total lean mass than to TFM; body weight were significandy associated with changes of BMD and BMC ; there is a better correlation between body weight and lumbar BMD, however, the correlation between TFM and BMD is not evident.
