氯乙酸灼伤实验研究及临床观察

摘    要:实验证实,氯乙酸涂皮后,动物很快死亡,虽有高血钾、BUN升高、CO2CP降低,血液PH值下降,但符合普通烧伤的病理生理规律,不是重要致死原因,病理发现脑肿胀,出血,微血栓,从而证实为经创面吸收致急性神经另中毒,以致抑制呼吸中枢而死亡,冲洗和切除灼伤部位可延长自下而上时间,减少吸收中毒及控制创面加深,可消除吸收中毒根源,是临床抢救氯乙酸灼伤最简单可靠,行之有效的措施。

Abstract:his study is to find the cause of death and treatment of burn caused by chloroacetic acid. The experiment indicated that therats died quickly after spreading chloroacdtic acid on their skin. High level of blood potassium and BUN ,lowered CO2CP , and evenlowered pH were not the main causes of death.Pathological examination showed that there were cerebral swelling, edema, hemor-rhage and micro- thrormbosis , suggesting an evidence of acute neurointoxication due to absorption via damaged skin. It might evenlead to deathdue to inhibition of respiratory center.Washing with water and resecting the burned surface may increase the survivaltime of rats. Clinical observation also showed that washing with water could get rid of the source of poisoning and control theburned surface not to be deepered. It is a simplest and reliable rneasure to treat burns by chloroacetic acid.
