染石英,石棉大鼠肺内铜蓝蛋白水平的变化及与肺胶原的关系

摘    要:对染石英(25mg/rat)、石棉(5mg/rat)0.5,1,2,3,5个月大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中铜蓝蛋白(Ceruloplasmin,Cp)活力水平进行了动态观察,并与同期全胶原含量进行了比较。石英组大鼠染尘后2周BALF中Cp活力水平升高,1个月时达高峰水平,此后下降到-相对稳定水平。全肺胶原含量呈持续增加趋势,二者之间的变化关系不完全呈直线关系。石棉组Cp活力无明显变化,各时间

Abstract:Levels of ceruloplasmin activity in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were studied in male Wistar rats 0.5,1,2,3,5 months after intratracheal injection of quartz(25 mg/rat) or Canada UICC chrysotile(5 mg/rat),and their changes were compared with the contents of lung tissue collagen in the meantime. The average level of ceruloplasmin in BALF of quartz exposed rats was elevated in 0.5 month after injection,reaching a maximal peak about 1 month and decreasing to a relatively stable level thereafter.The con-tents of lung tissue collagen increased continually in quartz-exposed rats. The relation between ceruloplasmin activity and lung col-lagen was not entirety in linearity.No change of ceruloplasmin activity was seen in chrysotile-exposed rats,even though the con-tents of lung tissue collagen were higher than those of control rats at all times,and lower than those of quartz rats after 2 months of injection. These results suggested that cerulopasmin may promote the fibrosis induced by quartz.
