摘    要:目的研究急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化及其与梗死体积及神经功能缺损程度的关系。方法测定147例急性脑梗死患者及80名健康对照者的血清hs-CRP含量,分析比较急性脑梗死患者在不同梗死体积、不同病情时血清hs-CRP含量的变化。结果急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP的水平明显高于对照组(p〈0.01),且血清hs-CRP含量越高,脑梗死灶越大,神经功能缺损程度越重,血清hs-CRP水平与病灶体积、病情轻重程度呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论急性脑梗死与血清hs-CRP水平关系密切,hs-CRP不仅是脑梗死的危险因子,也可作为一个判断病情严重程度的客观指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) level in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACl), and its relationship with infarction volume as well as degree ofneurofunction impairment.Methods The content of serum hs-CRP in 147 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 80 normal controls was measured.The changes ofhs-CRP were compared in ACI patients with different infarction volume and pathogenetic condition.Results The levels of hs-CRP in ACI patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01).The higher hs -CRP content, the larger volume of infarction and the more severe function impairment were.The levels of serum hs-CRP was positively correlative with the infarction volume and severity of the illness(P〈0.01).Conclusion Relationship between the serum hs-CRP level and acute cerebral infarction is intimatel.The serum hs-CRP is a risk factor for acute cerebral infarction and an objective index to evaluate the severity.
