消化性溃疡患者HBsAg携带情况分析

目的 调查分析消化性溃疡患者乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)携带情况。方法 收集538例消化性溃疡患者及健康对照者血清，采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测其HBsAg。结果 正常人群HBsAg携带率为10．2％，男性为13．2％，女性8．75％；胃溃疡(GU)患者携带率为25．9％，十二指肠溃疡(DU)患者携带率为24．7％，男性溃疡患者携带率为29．7％，女性溃疡患者携带率为18．8％。结论 消化道溃疡患者与正常人群相比HBsAg携带率有非常显著差异，两组男女患者之间的差异亦有显著性意义。

An Analysis of HBsAg Carry Condition for Peptic Ulcer Patients

Objective To investigate and analyse hepatitis B surfacs antigen(HBsAg) carry condition in peptic ulcer patients. Method Serums of 538 peptic ulcer patients and health group control were collected and determined for HBsAg by ELISA method . Results HBsAg carry rate for health group control was 10.2%, for men was 13.2%, for women was 8.75%; and for gastric ulcer patients was 25.9%, for duodenal ulcer patients was 24.7%, and for men patient was 29.7%, while for women patient was 18.8%. Conclusion HBsAg carry rate of peptic ulcer patients had highly significant discrepancy in comparison with health group control, and also had significance in men and women patients.
