银屑病患者血清sE-selectin、slCAM-1、sIL-2R水平的检测

目的：探讨血清中可溶性的Ｅ－选择素，细胞间粘附分子１（ｓＩＣＡＭ－１）及白介素－２受体ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与银屑病的关系及其人临床意义。方法：采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法，测定３１例斑块状银屑病患者治疗前，治疗后（３０例）及２０例健康人血清中ｓＥ－ｓｅｌｅｃｔｉｎ，ｓＩＣＡＭ－２Ｒ水平。结果：银屑病患者治疗前血清ｓＥｌ－ｓｅｌｅｃｔｉｎ，ｓＩＣＡＭ－１，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显增高，与对照组比较有显著差异，其中ｓＥ－ｓｅ

Detection of serum levels of sE-selectin, sICAM-1 and sIL-2R in patients with psoriasis

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum levels of soluble Eselectin(sEselectin),soluble intercellular adhesion molcule1(sICAM1), soluble interleukin2 receptor (sIL2R) and clinical significance in the patients with psoriasis.Methods:Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect sEselectin, sICAM1, sIL2R serum levels in 31 pre and 30 posttreatment patients with plaquetype psoriasis, and in 20 healthy subjects as control. Results:The serum levels of sEselectin, sICAM1, sIL2R in pretreatment patients were obviously increased compared with those in controls, and the sEselectin values in serum were significantly correlated with extent of clinical disease which usually expressed by PASI score. Conclusions:The increase in serum levels of sEselectin ,sICAM1 and sIL2R was related to the inflammation development in psoriasis. It was also demonstrated that sEselectin serum level positively correlated with the severity of psoriasis. The authors suggest that these findings could be used as indicators to assess the severity of the disease, to investigate new therapeutic options and to predict the prognosis of the disease.
