| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抽动秽语综合征患者血清免疫球蛋白、补体、C反应蛋白测定结果与临床症状严重程度的关系。方法采用前瞻性病例对照研究,设研究组和对照组。每月随访一次,评估临床资料和症状的演变,分别在基线期和加重期采集血样,检测免疫球蛋白、补体和C反应蛋白。结果无论在基线期还是临床症状加重期研究组的血清免疫球蛋白、补体和C反应蛋白测定结果与对照组的差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。临床症状的严重程度与免疫球蛋白、补体和C反应蛋白不呈相关关系(P>0.05)。结论抽动秽语综合征患者的免疫球蛋白、补体、C反应蛋白在基线期和临床症状加重期均未发现异常,与临床症状的严重程度不呈相关关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the severity of clinical symptoms and results of sera immunoglobulin and C-React Protein in children with Tourette's syndrome. Methods 49 children who meet the criteria were enrolled in research, valuated with YGTSS (Yale Global Tic Severity Scale), and self-developed investigating scale. Determine the immunoglobulin and C-React Protein with immunoradioassay (RIA). Results Comparing with the normal control group, there is no significant difference in the result of labdetection. (P>0.05). There is no relation between the lab result with the YGTSS (P>0.05). Conclusion There are no significant difference in immunoglobulin and C-React Protein of patients with TS comparing with the normal control group.[ |
