糖尿病患者血清IGF- I JGF-Ⅱ、GH水平与骨质疏松的关系

目的　探讨人类（主要为糖尿病患者）血清胰岛素样生长因子（ＩＧＦ）、生长激素（ＧＨ）与骨质疏松发生发展的关系。方法　通过对不同年龄阶段的 ５１例糖尿病患者与４０ 例对照组的ＢＭＩ、ＩＧＦ、ＧＨ、血糖、ＢＤ、Ｃａ、Ｐ等值的测定，进行对照、比较、研究。结果　糖尿病患者随年龄的增长、血糖的升高、ＢＭＩ的增加、ＧＨ 水平的降低、ＩＧＦ－Ⅰ的分泌水平的减少、骨骼的ＢＤ、Ｃａ、Ｐ等值降低，骨质疏松发生率增加。结论　ＩＧＦ是人类重要而又作用广泛的内分泌因素之一，它不仅具有促细胞分化、增殖活性及胰岛素样作用，与糖尿病关系密切。而且对成骨细胞、破骨细胞即骨质疏松的发生、发展起一定作用。糖尿病病人存在骨代谢障碍即骨质疏松，血中ＩＧＦ、ＧＨ 水平减少的容易导致骨质疏松发生。

Relationship betweenlevels of IGF-1,IGF-11,GH in serum of patients with diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis

Objective\ To elucidate the relationship between insulin like growth factor (IGF), growth hormone(GH) and osteoporosis.Methods Comparison was made between 51 diabetic patients and 40 normal controls in levels of BMI(body mass index),IGF,GH BG(blood glucose,fasting and postcibal),BD, Ca and P.Results Prevalence of osteoporosis in diabetic patients rose with increasing age,BG and BMI,and with decreasing levels of GH,IGF 1,BD,Ca and P.Conclusion IGF influcences bone turnover disease and osteoporosis in patients with diabetes mellitus,and there is significant correlation between decreased IGF,GH levels in blood and osteoporosis.
