国产司帕沙星治疗淋病疗效观察

国产司帕沙星与氧氟沙星随机对照治疗急性淋病７８例，其中司帕沙星组４２ 例，用药方法为０．３ｇ每日１ 次；氧氟沙星组３６ 例，用药方法为０．３ｇ 每日２ 次，两组疗程均为７ｄ。两药临床治愈率分别为８８．０９％ （３７／４２）和８３．３３％ （３０／３６），无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。其不良反应率分别为４．７６％ （２／４２）和８．３３％（３／３６），反应轻微，均可以耐受。结果表明司帕沙星是治疗淋病安全有效的药物。

Clinical observation of sparfloxacin in the treatment of gonorrhea

The clinical efficacy and safety of sparfloxacin were compareed with ofloxacin in the treatment of 78 cases of uncomplicated gonorrhea in a randomized clinical trial. There were 42 cases treated with sparfloxacin 0.3g once daily orally for 7 days, other 36 cases wiere treated with ofloxacin 0.3g bid orally for 7 days. Results showed that the clinical cure rates of two groups were 88.09% (37/42) and 83.33% (30/36) respectively ( P >0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were 4.76% (2/42) and 8.33% (3/36) respectively. The reactions were mild. Results showed that the sparfloxacin was a safe and efficacious drug.
