| 摘 要： | 慢性乙型肝炎及其相关病变者如何进行有效的治疗已成为临床的一大挑战.新的抗病毒药物不断投入应用,使得有条件进行充分合理的抗病毒治疗;因而在选择治疗策略时要慎重考虑患者个体因素、选择合适的药物及优化与疗效相关的各种因素,即通过整合的个体化治疗方案,分别对慢性HBV携带者、慢性乙型肝炎伴纤维化、乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿和失代偿者进行合适的治疗.此文就上述内容,对国内外相关进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Antiviral treatment for patients with chronic hepatitis B has been challenged practically. Along with new antiviral agents are developed, an optimization of antiviral therapeutic strategy is needed.The optimization is included in customization of patients selection, antiviral drug option, and integrated therapy which is important and mandatory for such a group of patients with chronic hepatitis B in the different stages such as inactive HBV carrier, accompanied by liver fibrosis, compensated and/or decompensated cirrhosis. In this review, recent progresses on these aspects based on currently available databases are summarized. |
