| 摘 要： | 目的探讨菏泽地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)筛查情况,分析其发病率,为早诊断、早治疗,降低残疾儿童的发生率提供科学依据。方法应用荧光分析法测定促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度,对CH进行筛查。结果2000年11月至2005年12月,菏泽地区共筛查了329 952人,其中CH121例,发病率为1/2519。结论菏泽地区CH发病率明显高于国际、国内发病率。因此,开展新生儿疾病筛查工作可提高儿童保健水平。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the incidence and newborns screening of congenital hypothy midisrm(CH),To Analse rate To provide the incidence of raducing disabled children.Methods:For CH to detect serum thyroid stimll lating hormone(TSH)levels by time-resolved fluorometry.Results:To screened newborns 329952 from November 2000 year to December 2005 year,diagosed 121,rate of CH 1/2519.Conclusion:Rate of CH HeZe had difference compared with that in world wide and China.Neonatal diseases screening word and treatment would be favorable. |
