冠状位MRI扫描在小儿气管异物中的应用

目的 探讨气管、支气管冠状位MRI扫描诊断小儿气管异物的临床应用价值。方法对33例气管、支气管异物患儿行气管、支气管冠状位MRI扫描，其中25例并行摄X线胸片及胸透检查进行对照。结果31例MRI冠状位扫描均清晰显示气管、支气管腔内异物，其中阻塞性肺气肿9例、阻塞性肺不张8例、阻塞性肺炎5例。2例排除异物。结论气管、支气管冠状位MRI扫描可以显示小儿气管异物的直接征像和间接征像，显示异物所在的位置对指导手术有重要意义。

Clinical Study of Foreign Bodies in Trachea and Bronchus of Children by Means of MRI Scan

Objective To study the clinical value of coranal MRI scan of trachea and bronchus in d iagnosing children's foreign body in bronchus.Method33cases of the children with foreign body in their trachea and bronchus we re examined by coranal MRI scan ,25case s were examined by chest X ray at the sa me time.Results The position of foreign body in trachea and bronchus was definitely diagnosed by coranal MRI scan in of 31cases,of whom,9cases with ob structive emphysema;8cases with obstructive atelectasis and 5cases with obstructive pneumonia;2case was excluded t he foreign body in trachea.Conclusion Coranal MRI scan could demonstrate t he of foreign body in trachea and bron chus and be helpful in planning surgery.
