| 摘 要： | 目的:观察3组癌细胞系中TM4SF蛋白CD37、CD53的表达.方法:利用Northern blot杂交,观察CD37、CD53 mRNA在人前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞和人黑色素瘤细胞3组8种细胞系中的表达.结果和结论:TM4SF蛋白CD37、CD53在前列腺癌细胞、肺癌细胞以及黑色素瘤细胞系中均不表达. |
