摘    要:目的探讨有机磷中毒患者血浆甲状腺激素(TH)的变化及其临床意义.方法应用放射免疫分析法测定60例有机磷中毒(AOPP)患者和58例健康人(对照组)的血浆TH含量.结果中度有机磷中毒患者血浆T3及重度有机磷中毒患者血浆T3、T4含量在中毒后第1天和第3天明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.001),T3含量在中、重之间相比较有显著差异(P<0.05),rT3含量在中毒后第3天较对照组升高(P<0.05),T3、T4、rT3第7天均恢复正常(死亡患者除外),血浆TSH水平中毒组和对照组无差异.结论监测有机磷中毒患者血浆TH水平可作为反映病情程度和评估预后的一项参考指标.

Abstract:Objective To valuate the clinical significance changes of plasma thyroid hormone (TH)of patients with acute organ phosphorus pesticide (AOPP)intoxication.Methods Plasma TH concentrations were measured in 60 patients with AOPP and 58 healthy volunteers (control group)by vodioimmunoassay.Results Plasma T 3 concentrations on moderate AOPP and T 3/T 4 concentrations on serious AOPP patients were markedly lower than control group on first day and third day ( P <0.05 or P <0.001),the level of T 3 and T 4 were different significantly between moderate group and serious group ( P <0.05)respectively,rT 3 concentration were higher than control group on third day.PlasmaT 3?T 4?rT 3 were normal on seventh day.There were no obvious difference of plasma TSH level between AOPP patients and control group ( P >0 05) Conclusions Measurement of plasma TH may be a useful parameter to predict severity and outcome of the illness.
