| 摘 要： | 目的:制订壮药蟾蜍皮质量标准.方法:采用经验和理化的方法,对该药材的性状、薄层鉴别和华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基含量等项目进行分析检测,制订相应的质量控制标准.结果:已制订出该药材性状、薄层鉴别和华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基含量测定方法,并制订了壮药蟾蜍皮质量标准.结论:建立的壮药蟾蜍皮质量标准可有效控制该药材质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide scientific basis for formulating quality standard of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium. Method: Experience, physical and chemical methods were adopted to analyze and determine the characters, TLC identification, content of cinobufagin and resibufogenin, the standard of quality control was formulated according them. Result: The characteristics of materia medica, TLC, the total count of cinobufagin and resibufogenin were formulated; quality standard of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium was worked out. Conclusion: The quality of Zhuang medicine Bufonis Corium can be controlled effectively with the quality standard. |
